Fostering Connections with Menstruation and Urinary incontinence

We're changing the way we all think about and support women experiencing menstruation and urinary incontinence.  Each pad comes with FREE monthly breathing & meditation videos to support our community’s mental health.  Because Menstrual Health and Mental Health go together, Period!

Any contributions received through this initiative will be considered a mindfully supportive action for our communities and the world at large.   The contributions will support our reusable Herplum pads being given to either 1) women shelters, 2) birthing centers, 3) schools, or 4) nursing homes on a consistent basis.  Each woman will be positively impacted by receiving two (2) Herplum reusable pads, one (1) My Normal Flow Pad and one (1) It's Heavy Heavy pad.

Herplum pads will be provided to the Institute for Community Living (ICL)

All pads are discounted (20% off) to support our communities. 

All contributions are voluntary and are not deductible for tax purposes
