Born and raised in NYC as a proud first-generation American, with roots deeply anchored in the Caribbean. I've taken many interesting paths in life, but they've all led me to this - becoming the doula you never knew you needed. 

I served in the military for almost 11 years after graduating from the US Military Academy at West Point. During my transition to civilian life I realized my life's purpose is to positively impact those around me - and as a mother of two with very different birthing experiences I realized that my passion and purpose was to be a doula supporting new moms and families during what can be a lonely and rewarding time.

Returning to military duty merely 3months postpartum, and facing a physical fitness test six months later, taught me the critical importance of allowing the body adequate time to heal.

Now having worked in the tech industry and bringing my son Earthside in 2023, my commitment is to offer the support to those who are trying to conceive, pregnant, or recently postpartum that same support I once needed, emphasizing the incredible difference that exceptional early postpartum care can make.
