Herplum does not accept returns for goods purchased both on herplum.com and at any location where our products are sold.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for goods once they have left our facilities.  Should you need additional support, please reach out to us at returns@herplum.com to submit a request.

[It is Herplum’s policy to replace unused defective products within 30 days from the date of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified, a new product will be shipped to you or refunded to you (depending on product availability). Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.] 

 

Except in connection with nonrefundable purchases (such as final sale items, Herplum “merch”, and gift cards) or as otherwise stated to the contrary herein or during the check-out process, you have the right to receive a replacement order if damaged upon receipt or refund (depending on product availability) within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Refunds to the original form of payment are valid up to $100 value. Remaining amounts exceeding $100 will be refunded in the form of store credit. You can request a replacement or refund via returns@herplum.com. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law Herplum reserves the right to (a) limit the number of replacements or refunds you may successfully request and (b) void or reject any replacement or refund request in the event that fraud, violation of these Terms or any other inappropriate activity is suspected (as determined by Herplum in its sole discretion).
