Supporting Women in Underserved Populations

We're changing the way we support women in underserved populations by providing Period Care that supports the whole woman.  Each pad comes with FREE monthly breathing & meditation videos to support our community’s mental health.  Because Menstrual Health and Mental Health go together, Period!

Any contributions received will be considered a mindfully supportive action and will support our reusable pads being provided to women in shelters and transitional housing.  Each woman will be positively impacted by receiving Herplum non-toxic reusable sanitary pads to reduce sensitivity and irritation along with ongoing monthly breathing and meditation videos to support symptoms from PMS, PMDD, cycle anxiety and postpartum, supporting their emotional wellbeing.

Herplum pads will be provided to the Institute for Community Living (ICL)

All pads are discounted (20% off) to support our communities. 

All contributions are voluntary and are not deductible for tax purposes
