- Top layer fabric consists of a layer of bamboo cotton, for softness and moisture wicking abilities (66% Rayon From Bamboo, 28% Cotton, 6% Spandex)
- Middle layer fabric consists of multiple layers of bamboo cotton fleece, for absorbency (66% Rayon From Bamboo, 28% Cotton, 6% Spandex)
- Bottom layer fabric consists of polyester fabric with a plant-based durable water repellant finish for leak protection (Face: 94% Polyester, 6% Spandex; Back: 100% Polyester)

I’m delighted that I discovered HerPlum as my first truly natural pad. First timer to the alternative reusable menstrual product world. I've been using these reusable pads for 10 months and I can confidently say that its been a game changer. There was a level of discomfort associated with using disposable pads and tampons that became very apparent after making this switch. The breathability of the fabric is not compromised by the efficient absorbency.
Finally something natural, chemical free and absolutely no leakage
