Celebrate a girls first period in El Paso Texas

We're supporting menstrual cycle education for young girls as they get their first period. Empowering young girls to understand their bodies, build confidence and celebrate this new phase.  Each pad comes with FREE monthly breathwork & meditation videos to support their mental health.  Because Menstrual Health and Mental Health go together, Period!

Your contribution will be considered a mindfully supportive action and will support our reusable pads being provided to young girls getting their period for the first time.  Each young girl will be positively impacted by receiving Herplum non-toxic reusable sanitary pads to reduce sensitivity and irritation along with ongoing monthly breathing and meditation videos to support symptoms from PMS, PMDD, and cycle anxiety, supporting their emotional wellbeing.
